This isn't a traditional job. No rigid roles. No endless process. Just a small crew building useful things together.
How it works
Remote first. You work from wherever you work best. But twice a year, we come together for six week sprints. Same place. Same focus. Building, shipping, and figuring things out side by side.
The rest of the time, we stay connected. Quick calls. Async updates. Whatever keeps the work moving without the meetings that don't.

You've made something. A project, a product, a side thing that got out of hand. Doesn't matter if it shipped or flopped. You build.

No one's going to check if you're online. You manage yourself. You know when to ask and when to figure it out.

You can explain what you're doing and why. In writing. In conversation. Without jargon.
